January Round-Up

Time flies. January was busy month, what with New Year's, lots of birthdays (Alesa's and Alesa mom's and our nephew Ben's and Uncle Rob's), and the Patriots' continued march toward Super Bowl XLII (about which, alas, Phoebe remains blase, despite my best efforts). Classes began as well. I have a pretty heavy teaching load this term, and a conference I'm preparing to speak at in March.

I know, excuses, excuses. But the blog is back. Not a lot of new pictures in January, I'm afraid. No real excursions: between all the busy-ness and all the snow, we stuck close to home, and many of the pictures we did take were with the old-fashioned film camera we keep upstairs. We still haven't had those developed. But here's one, plus the video in the ice cream post.
